Download the pages to your computer and print.
Or, save the files to a disk and have them printed at your local copy shop.

Assemble the pages and attach to foam core
or some other mounting board with spray adhesive.
Trim off the excess board with an Exacto or utility knife
and attach a piece (or two) to the
back for a support.
